The Haitian Music Hall Of Fame is created to honor and recognize the contributions of those who have had a significant impact on the evolution and development of Haitian music throughout the world. Currently this list comprises of legendary musicians, producers, journalists, and disc jockey who have made Haitian music what it is today. In order to be elected in the Haitian Music Hall of Fame, artists must be or have been actively involved in the music industry for at least 20 years. Criteria include the influence and significant of the artist's contribution to evolution and development of Haitian music.
