Born
in the underground kompa scene of Miami Florida, kontwol is rising to the top
of the modern kompa world in 2008 with their debut project. The self titled album,
kontwol weaves max Toussaint as lead vocals whose lyrics and voice generates a
sensuality and passion unlike any other. The other members include Ray on lead
and rhythm guitar, Polo on drums, Elie on percussions and Clark Cajuste on keyboard
the driving force behind the band's pulsating rhythms, together they create and
bring something new and exiting to the Haitian music scene; With standout tracks
like "Ce Soir Ou Jamais", dominating the World Wide Web, kontwol is quickly becoming
